This page lists the companies that process personal data when Mozart Consultoria em TI (Francis M. Silva de Andrade Sucupira LTDA, Brazilian company ID 54.168.408/0001-04, São Paulo, Brazil) provides its virtual receptionist service. It is part of our data processing agreement (Annex I of our Terms of Service). We email clients 15 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. To get these notices without being a client, write to francis@immoz.art.

Mozart is based in Brazil. The European Commission has recognized that Brazil ensures an adequate level of protection for personal data (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2026/179 of 26 January 2026). Where a subprocessor handles data in another country, the “Mechanism” column shows the safeguard used under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and states whether a safeguard has been formalized under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD, Art. 33).
