The business name, city and industry, the email address the business publishes on its own website, on its Google profile or in a directory where it listed itself, and public information from its website (services, hours, prices) to build a demo. When the owner's name is published next to the email, we use only the first name, in the greeting. We do not buy lists.
To introduce our service to the business, based on legitimate interest (Brazil's LGPD, art. 7, IX).
If there is no reply, we delete the data and the demo page within 60 days. If you ask us to stop, we keep only an irreversible code (hash) of the email address so we never write again.
No one, for any commercial purpose. The list is kept on a Mozart computer in Brazil and on the server Mozart rents from Hostinger in Boston, United States, which runs the email sequence and sends the emails. Email goes through our mail provider (Hostinger). To avoid bounced messages, we also use that server to check whether an address exists; that check does not send any message. The providers we use, with their location and safeguards, are on our subprocessors page.
Reply STOP at any time and we remove your address within 2 business days. You can also ask for access, correction or deletion at francis@immoz.art. We answer within 15 days.
