Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

1. What this notice changes

This site now uses, with your permission, cookies and equivalent technologies to measure how effective the ads that bring visitors here are. Before that, nothing beyond what's necessary for the site to work is loaded — and even marketing cookies only kick in after you accept them.

If you don't authorize them, the site keeps working normally: we just don't measure the ads that brought you here.

2. The categories

Category Cookie / service Purpose Legal basis Duration
Necessary immoz_consent (localStorage) Remembers your cookie choice, so we don't ask again on every visit Legitimate interest / necessary for operation 12 months
Marketing Meta Pixel (_fbp) Measures which ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) generate contact Consent up to 90 days
Marketing Google (_ga) Measures the source and conversion of traffic coming from Google Consent up to 24 months

Marketing cookies only load after you click "Accept all" or turn on "Marketing and measurement" in "Manage cookies". No Meta pixel or Google tag fires before that.

3. How to decide

On your first visit, a notice appears with three options of equal weight: reject non-essential cookies, manage (choose category by category), or accept all. Nothing comes pre-checked — the marketing option starts off until you turn it on.

4. How to revoke

You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Manage cookies" in the site's footer. This reopens the preferences panel, where you can turn the marketing category on or off and save again — including revoking a permission you gave before (LGPD, Art. 18, IX; GDPR Art. 7(3) for EU/UK visitors).

5. Who marketing data is shared with

When the marketing category is on, conversion events may be sent to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, solely to measure ad effectiveness — never to sell data to third parties. More on what's shared and why is in the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to this policy

If the cookie categories change, this page is updated and, depending on the change, the cookie notice may appear again so you can re-confirm your choice.
